Past Cases
We believe that our work should speak for us. Here is when our team worked on a property located in Tunbridge Wells. The project started around Late July 2016 and was brought to a completion a couple of months later, in April 2017.
Once a complete inspection of the property was completed, our team brought in the state-of-the-art equipment and got to work. The detached house on the property required a complete refurbishment and internal layout change. Our men worked on a new stair location. Moreover, garage conversion was carried out into single story extension.
The team worked on two stray extensions and a large extension to the back with bi-fold doors and Velux. We further worked on a new drive, landscaped it, and decked to the rear. Last but not the least, there was also a new roof covering involved.
The entire project was a blank canvas, and our team used the client’s requirements and ideas to create a magical piece.
The property was sold for a whopping £1.35m!
